Karshni Buildwell is a well-known real estate player in India, with a reputation for spotting evolving real estate markets, recognising aspirations in lifestyle evolution, perfecting luxury modulations, and reacting with projects that capture the shifting spirit of India.

Problem

Karshani Buildwell had the resources it needed to reposition itself with its target audience after securing a substantial amount of support. The business aimed to approach institutional and family offices with massive portfolios, but the brand’s current visual identity didn’t resonate with them. It wasn’t successfully communicating the company’s tech-driven strategy, either.

To catch the attention of the target audience, the company needed a more consistent interface across its website, with an emphasis on UX copy and visuals. In order to boost site management, the team also required codecrusher to make the website more flexible on the backend.

 

Result

Team codecrusher used WordPress to build a bespoke, systemic, and user-friendly CMS framework. The change in emphasis to real estate investors was aided by a modern website environment with information design derived from our CX analysis and content strategy.

We built a new visual identity for Karshni Buildwell with a more contemporary colour palette, typography scheme, and logo use to offer a soft re-brand. We decided to keep the design clean and make the product as simple as possible for the target audience. We were able to portray Karshni Buildwell as a technology-driven business that is based on their clients and investors by combining product visuals and human-centric photography. We were able to concentrate on the website design and customer experience with these guidelines in place.

Within just four months of commencing the project we successfully launched the new branding and integrated their website into a custom-built WordPress CMS environment. With their new customer experience architecture, content strategy and visual identity, Karshni Buildwell will be able to scale operations, and expand their reach across new industries, countries and enterprise clients. It will also be them work towards their goal to build India’s one of the largest residential fin-tech platform for institutional investors.
