Founded in 2016, Chablends is a premium online tea shop based in New Delhi.
The company has grown to a team of more than 50 people and helps a wide range of e-commerce businesses to get more from their marketing efforts. Their gourmet tea blends are the most authentic and fresh way to buy tea online, straight from the source and with worldwide delivery. Chablends collaborates with tens of thousands of small family farmers in India to grow tens of thousands of acres of organic farmland that is both productive and profitable.

Project: Revitalising the website and the branding for a premier tea selling platform.
Problem
With the COVID-19 pandemic putting a hold on the the logistics and shipment ecosystem, the company wished to come back stronger with a new identity and improved branding.
codecrusher has been working with Cheblends since 2016, and when they approached us to roll out their new identity across the platform, we were happy to step in and support their mission. We were briefed with only a matter of weeks to go until Black Friday — a key sales date for the platform — so this project was an exercise in highly efficient, streamlined working processes, and one we’re very proud to share.
Result
After weeks of close collaboration and successful teamwork, we launched the new and improved web platform in time for the Black Friday holiday. The new tea marketplace is now a fully fledged integrated with the latest technology. Hosting more than several daily visitors, and 30+ products, it has quickly become a highly valuable company in the recent times.
